I just got back from dinner at Momofuku Noodle Bar, part of the famed Momofuku trifecta that also includes Ssam Bar and Ko.  I had already been to the latter two restaurants (yes, somehow Joel managed to get one of the very difficult reservations at Ko - I still don’t know how), and Noodle Bar completely lived up to the Momofuku legend.
Noodle Bar is by far the cheapest of the three restaurants (you don’t even want to know how $$$ Ko is….)- the Steamed Pork Buns in the pic are only $9, and to be honest, I’d pay much more for these delicious little guys.  The bun is soft and doughy, the pork is so tender it melts in your mouth, and the miso sauce brings it all together into one unbelievable delicious explosion in your mouth.
