If you’ve been reading here for awhile, you’ll know that one of my clients is David Yurman.
The classic American jewelry brand hosts an annual Summer Soiree on their Tribeca rooftop for family and friends. The best guest? The sweeping views of downtown Manhattan. Although rain made a brief appearance, the rest of the evening featured a hauntingly beautiful sunset.
The highlight of the night was surely the Yurmans presentation of their Fall 2012 Campaign Video, featuring a Giselle Bündchen. I know they’re my client and all, but wow - the campaign is stunning! If you’re interested in seeing it, head over to Facebook.com/DavidYurman, where my team shared the video live from the event. And check out the picture above of the lovebirds cuddling while watching their masterpiece.
To be truly transparent, the best part about going to client events now is not having to “manage” the event. This was my least favorite part of working in PR. Working in social media marketing, I get to truly enjoy the event, making sure things go up on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, etc. Still stressful (you can only imagine), but much better than worrying about if a socialite shows up or not.
And of course, nothing would have happened if it wasn’t for my stellar team - I’M LOOKING AT YOU AJA, LUCIE AND MEG!
If you’re interested, check out last year’s event here.
