Today’s Beauty + Fashion staff meeting left me with a smile on my face for two reasons:

1. A presentation on Ptch, a new App that allows you to make a slideshow or video collages instantly.  Plus, the music selection is pretty stellar.  Check out the video above for a demo. I, for one, will be using this asap!
2. A case atudy on the “Iceland” social media brand voice.  Essentially, Iceland Tourism Board decided to make Iceland into a person.  A really funny, quirky person.  Check out their Facebook page to see what i mean: http://www.facebook.com/icelandwantstobeyourfriend.  This post, in particular, is a favorite with me. Definitely shows the benefits and power of not taking a brand so seriously.
