Last night I toasted Amanda and Jamie at their Engagement party.  

These two are our partners-in-crime at at McLarens and Amanda happens to be my boss.  Lucky me.

Hosted at Catch in Meatpacking, the evening was punctuated with sweet toasts, outstanding food (Crunchy Rice Tuna, Risotta Balls, Bone-In Strip Steak, Lobster, Truffle Fries, Strawberry Shortcake!) and a Red Velvet cake topped with an illuminated ring.

Quite simply, it was perfect.
