London + Paris Food Fest
Fact: I gained 7 lbs in one week while in London and Paris (though it could have been more if I hadn’t walked + biked 5+ mile/day).
Fact: The foie gras, souffles, pain au chocolats and endless wine were worth every pound. Judge all you want.
In Paris we had:
Escargot at La Carette overlooking Place des Vosges.
Steak Frites, Chicken with Morels and Cream and my favorite Chocolate...

Notes from Paris in May
Once we hit Paris, it was Joel + Casey all day every day. If you can spend every single moment together and not only not get sick of each other, but truly enjoy it, I’d say you’re in good company.
I played tour guide and showed Joel some of my favorite Parisian spots, including Place des Vosges
